FurEver Talent Partners is proudly supported by The Kleinbach Group, a boutique recruiting firm founded in 2006 by Lyn Kleinbach, a top executive recruiter with more than 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry. This foundation allows FurEver Talent Partners to deliver high-touch, relationship-driven service backed by proven recruiting expertise, while remaining fully focused on the unique needs of veterinary medicine.
FurEver Talent Partners is co-founded by Ilda Salas, who brings more than 20 years of recruiting experience across corporate talent acquisition and veterinary health. Known for her thoughtful judgment and people-first approach, Ilda specializes in aligning veterinarians with practices where culture, medicine, leadership, and lifestyle truly fit—so they can practice with confidence, clinical autonomy, and long-term fulfillment. Her work is guided by the belief that the right hire impacts far more than a role—it shapes teams, patient outcomes, and the trust pet families place in veterinary care.
As a pet parent and proud bulldog mom of two, Ilda brings a deeply personal understanding of the profession she serves.
